Our mission

Classic EA programmes stall on the Discovery Tax — empty repositories, months of manual entry, then drift. Manual documentation cannot keep up with AI-assisted delivery. Organisations need a shared place where structured architecture entities and the documents that prove them live together.

DecisionPen is an Architecture Decision Workspace for the agentic era. We help anyone who makes important technology decisions — CTOs, architects, engineers, programme leaders — model, interrogate, and due-diligence at the speed of AI coding.

What makes it different

We are metamodel-aware: relationships between capabilities, applications, and infrastructure hold under scrutiny. Modelling can align to LeanIX-style structures when that standard matters — as rigor, not as our product identity. AI proposes; humans remain steward of record.

The goal is a living decision asset — not a static snapshot or another empty tool.
